Application:
YH9720A Gear Chamfering Laser Measuring Instrument based on Machine Vision adopts a camera of high resolution for gear picturing.By the calibration algorithm, the laser displacement sensor of high precision is guided to measure gears’ chamfering precision according to preset requirements. The instrument is used for measuring sharp, arch and arc angle of the gear, testing its angle, radian and symmetry.
Characteristics:
The instrument adopts Machine Vision guidance for positioning instead of traditional manual assembling. Without complex fixtures,the operator can measure the gear only by placing it on the loading platform, simplifying the operation as well as reducing errors caused by human factors. In addition, only by taking one picture of the gear, the instrument can measure any tooth of the gear, remarkably improving measuring efficiency. It still uses the laser displacement sensor of super high accuracy and repeatability as its main measuring method,guaranteeing a high measuring precision. It is used for measuring disctype gears in gear-boxes or synchronizers for industries including automobile and tractor.
